Magnetfinish Machine MF 61 S
Application
This machine applies the Magnetfinish-Technology to steel and carbide round shank tools with diameter between 0.1 mm and 26 mm, particulary for fine deburring, precision rounding of Cutting edges as well as for polishing of surfaces.  An optimal preparation before tool coating is achieved through controlled honing of the cutting edges and elimination of grinding marks. After the coating process the Magnetfinish technology is able to reduce the roughness of the coating and to remove droplets, significantly enhancing coated tool performance. The strength of this machine is repeatability of results, easy handling and huge productivity.	According arrangement test the machine at your own location
Construction and Function
The machine consists of the following components: rotating magnetic instrument (processing instrument) with software controlled turndirection second rotating magnetic instrument for powder distribution with software controlled turndirection linear bearing of the magnetic instruments by means of double spindle automated alignment of the process powder after each tool cycle cleaning processing cell with a closed circulation including inside rinsing of magnetic instruments tool module with a rotating drive guideway of the tool module two positions for several processing tasks control system (for all linear and rotating gears) internal data bank for storing processing parameters touchpanel with colour display pneumatic tool gripping with laserpointer security housing based on a laser curtain The processing machine can be operated with the menu conducted touchpanel. Once inserted, the working parameters of every processed tool type will be saved in the data bank. The machine will position all driving mechanisms according to the stored parameters after setting of the tool type. The tools are gripped pneumatically, triggered by food button. Safety handling is ensured by a laser curtain in the front opening. It saves the bothersome open and close a door in connection with tool changing. A laserpointer remarks on the tool the begin of the part wich will be processed.
