Magnetfinish Fullautomated Machine Series MF 72

Application
This machine applies the Magnetfinish-Technology to round shank tools with diameter between 0.1mm and 16mm, particulary for fine deburring, precision rounding of cutting edges as well as for polishing of surfaces. The tools are completely carried by a robot. Included is the automated powder refilling witch guarants 100% reproducible results. Additional implemented in the fullautomated procedure is an demagnetizing, ultrasonic cleaning and pneumatical drying system. An additional option is the fullautomated measurement of length and diameter of the tool. With two magazines for 120 tools of different types the machine can run continuously 24 hours. Auxiliary process time for loading and unloading will be eliminated. An optimal preparation before tool coating is achieved through controlled honing of the cutting edges and elimination of grinding marks. After the coating process the Magnetfinish technology is able to reduce the roughness of the coating and to remove droplets, significantly enhancing coated tool performance. The strenght of this machine is repeatability of results, easy handling and huge productivity.

- MF 72C with two different processing modules for seperated processing of both tip and circumferences. This potential allows to process eg. the main cutting edge of drills, ball-endmills, radius-endmills, but also to hone cylinder edges of endmills, taps, reamers etc. and/or polishing of flutes.
