Processing Module

The processing module provides a bargain opportunity for processing of various tools with the Magnetfinish-Technology. The tool will be positioned into an adjustable gap between the magnetic tools. The tools vertical movement and rotation can be undertaken by a milling machine, the processing module can combined with it.	Public Relations
The processing module consists of 4 main assemblies: Doubleguide; Semimodule 1; Semimodule 2; Wash-up system
The doubleguiding allowes a concurrent positioning of the semimodules. It offers two modes: manual and motor-driven. The Semimodule 1 carries the processing magnetic tool with the drum splash guard. Driven by a gearing motor the processing magnetic tool starts to rotate. The Semimodule 2 carries the counter magnetic tool, which is also powered by a gearing motor. The wash-up system produces a constant pressureless wash-up of the processing powder, which is adhered on both magnetic tools. The drum splash guard prevents leaking of the washing-up liquid splashes outside. It is possible to refill or change the processing powder after opening the drum. A holding tank (is not showed) with a pump and filter complete the wash-up system.
